Known Squawks
- Throttle is Stuck (was only stiff 11 months ago) – Only flightworthy known issue
- Cigarette Lighter electrical connection is intermittent
- Front Windshield fine scratches make it hard to see out of when looking at sun
- Stall Warner Flasher doesn’t work (Comanche Assoc article included to troubleshoot)
- All the Landing Gear Wiring was replaced recently. Since then, the Nose Gear Up light doesn’t go on. Donor confirmed the Nose Gear was up. Must need microswitch adjustment.
- Fuel Selector is stiff, needs lubing.
- Cover for Emergency Gear Extension is missing the rear securing tab
- When engine is Cold the Prop control is stiff. It loosens up as temperature warms.
Engine Starting Technique
- 6 shots of Prime (when Cold)
- Start on Left Mag, go to Both upon Starting
- Only ¼” of Throttle
