Summary

We had this nice B55 Baron donated to us, which was upgraded to the Colemill Presidential II IO-550-E conversion with NEW Engines and 3 blade props in 2004, just 583 hrs ago!   It’s ready to go – the annual is good until September 2021.  We were told by the donor that the radar is in-op and the King Auto-Pilot is intermittent.  The plane does have damage history from 40 years ago (Gear collapse) and there was 6 years of inactivity between 2006 and 2012 (see details on recent flight hour history, Oil Analysis and Compressions).
