This is a low time 1979 Cessna 182Q with “Wet Wing” instead of the troublesome fuel bladders of old. 2160 TT, 685 SMOH, and only 20 hrs since a Top O/H (replaced all 6 cylinders). The plane has been based its entire life on the West Coast (WA, OR and CA). While it has IFR avionics, they are mostly installed in 1988 along with the STEC 60 Pitch Stabilzation unti that was added for vertical guidance to the Navomatic 300A Nav A/P. A Garmin 345 ADS-B In/Out Transponder was also added. It also has a 406 ELT, Rosen Visors, Graphic Engine Analyzer and Intercom. ACF 50 Corrosion treatment applied aften in logbook history.
